Being true to our promises, with this post we would like to start a very exciting week. And to announce that from this week at the Intellecta innovative marketing blog is launching a series of articles by Larry Hochman.
The first post is to come later today and is going to be the first of a 3 parts publication on Customer Service Leadership, in which you will be able to read some of the ideas, which Larry Hochman covered during his presentation at the First Marketing Forum in May, but this time he goes much deeper and in much more detail.
So it is definitely worth your time!
