Our own thoughts on why outsourcing works
Outsourcing has the capacity to gather the best talent on both sides of the project chain. People gather for a limited period of time to work together and it is only in this time they have to give their best. Psychologically what is happening is that you know that there are no future guarantees of working together and the only time you have to convince your client how good you are is – now!
And that is why the quality of projects done on the basis of outsourcing is so high. You give your best so clients consider working with you again. No guarantees, no world-wide contracts. It is like a concentration of the best of talent for a limited period of time.
This is what we do – we offer the best marketing strategy every time!
